A folding heated stadium seat is a cushion with its own backrest and armrests, a honeycomb graphene heating film inside, and two separately marked warming areas — one in the backrest, one in the seat. It folds flat, carries like a bag, and is laid onto a bleacher, a camping chair or a patio chair.
The two-zone detail is the thing worth understanding, because it is not a marketing flourish. It is a response to the fact that this seat brings its own back — and to why a heated cushion and a heated seat are two different products.
Read the four labelled parts first, because they define the whole category: backrest, seat pad, armrest covers, side pockets.
That is not a cushion. A cushion is a pad you put on a chair that already exists. This has its own back and its own arms, and it folds. It is closer to a bag that becomes a seat than to a pad that becomes warmer.
Two practical consequences follow.
It travels. A folding form fits in a car boot, a stadium bag or a tent, which is what makes it viable at a bleacher where you cannot bring a chair.
And it needs the chair underneath. The reference material says it plainly on three separate images: Chair shown for application, Fit depends on chair dimensions, Chair fit and dimensions to be confirmed. This seat adds warmth and back support to a chair; it does not replace the chair's own structure.
The heating diagram marks two areas separately: Backrest warming area and Seat warming area.
Coming from the same factory that makes a seat-only cushion, this looks inconsistent — until you look at what each product sits on.
A cushion that goes on an office chair is backed by a padded backrest that is already warm from the room and insulated by your clothing. Heating that back costs money and adds a failure point for very little gain, so the cushion heats the seat only.
A folding stadium seat is the opposite situation. There is no chair back behind it — just a layer of fabric and then outdoor air. The backrest is the back. If only the seat heats, you get a warm seat under a cold back, which is the exact sensation people complain about on metal bleachers.
So the same engineering decision produces two different products. Two zones is what a seat without a chair needs.
The element is a graphene heating film divided into a honeycomb matrix rather than a continuous sheet or a wire.
The reason is distribution. A sheet with a single connection runs hotter near the connection; a wire element makes warm lines and cool gaps. A hexagon grid divides the film into many small cells, each roughly equidistant from its neighbours, so a zone warms as a surface rather than as a spot.
The reference material shows this as a three-layer cutaway, and it carries a footnote that matters: Heating visualization. Final construction subject to confirmed sample.
Read that as a specification, not a disclaimer to skip. The glowing hexagons in the picture are an illustration of where the heat goes. They are not a thermal photograph, and the layer stack shown is a representation — the final construction is confirmed against the sample you approve.
This is the part most pages fill in with guesses. The reference material for this seat documents its form, its two heating zones, its colours and its customisation options. Across twelve images there is no voltage figure, no wattage, no control layout, no mention of protection circuitry — not a button, a cable, a connector or a battery anywhere.
We said so plainly when that was all we had, and we are not going to quietly backfill it. Instead, here is what the factory has since confirmed:
| Item | Specification |
| Voltage | 12V DC |
| Input | USB port, power-bank compatible |
| Heat levels | 3, adjustable |
| Working range | 40–60 °C across the three levels |
| Size | Custom |
The distinction that matters is where those numbers came from. They came from the factory, not from the artwork and not from a similar product in the same catalogue. A figure lifted from a neighbouring model becomes a claim on your listing, and a claim you cannot support becomes a return, a chargeback or a compliance finding.
One practical consequence worth carrying into a listing: the power bank has to output 12V. Not every USB port does, and a 5V-only output will not drive this seat. A listing that promises "runs from any power bank" is heading for a wave of complaints.
Still open, and confirmed per project: wattage, the exact temperature at each individual level, runtime, and the adapter and connector specification. If your programme needs those fixed, raise them at the brief stage and they become testable lines in the order specification.
Because the size is made to order, fitting happens before the order, on paper.
The reference material shows the three measurements that matter: backrest height, seat width, seat depth. Measure the chair you are fitting, not the seat you are replacing, and send all three — a seat that is right in width but wrong in depth will either overhang the front edge or leave a gap at the hinge.
Custom size and Custom shape are both open, so the outline itself can follow the chair rather than forcing the chair to fit a stock shape.
Design options subject to confirmed sample. The drawing defines the product; the sample confirms it.
Four rules, and the first one is the one people get wrong.
It is a seat cushion, not a seat. It does not carry the load a chair carries. Put it on a bleacher or a chair that is already structurally sound; do not use it on a broken or unstable chair, and do not treat it as a replacement for seating that is missing.
Unplug it when you leave. A heated seat that stays on while you are away from the stand is the scenario that causes incidents.
Do not cover it. A blanket over the seat traps heat and defeats the purpose of a fabric face.
Keep it dry. The reference material makes no water-resistance claim of any kind — no waterproof, no splash-resistant, nothing. Treat it as a textile-covered electrical product and keep it dry.
This is a comfort product. It warms a seat and supports a back. It is not a medical device, and it makes no claim about back pain, joints, muscles, circulation or any other condition.
The reference material lays out the options in a way that is unusually easy to quote from.
| Variable | What is shown |
| Size | Backrest height, seat width, seat depth — to your chair |
| Shape | Custom outline, shown as two alternative forms |
| Colour | Black, grey, navy, beige |
| Branding | Private label — woven label or printed mark |
| Packaging | Custom printed carton |
Three footnotes set the status of each honestly: colour options are Color concepts for customization, branding and packaging are a Branding and packaging concept, and the product form itself is Product form shown for reference. These are directions a programme can take; the sample is what fixes them.
The process is three steps and the third one is the gate: define the size, choose shape and colour, confirm the sample. Nothing should go into production before that third step.
If any of these is a hard requirement for your programme, raise it at the brief stage and it becomes a defined, testable specification rather than an inferred one.
Dongguan Sheerfond New Material Co., Ltd. develops and manufactures far-infrared and graphene heating materials, and designs the heating systems built around them. Our low-voltage range covers 3.7 V, 5 V, 12 V, 24 V and 36 V architectures, and this folding seat is a programme in that family — a portable, textile-integrated format for seating that does not have power of its own. Products are manufactured against project specifications with batch inspection records.
Send us the chair you are fitting — backrest height, seat width and seat depth — plus the colourway, branding method, packaging, your target quantity and your market. If you need a defined electrical specification, send that too and it goes into the brief rather than into a guess.
Price indication: quoted per project, because size, shape, colour, branding, packaging and quantity all move the number.

Is it a chair or a cushion?
A cushion with its own backrest and armrests. It folds, it travels, and it needs a chair underneath — it does not carry a person's weight on its own.
Why does the backrest heat as well?
Because there is no chair back behind it. On a bleacher the backrest is the back, so a seat-only design would leave your back against outdoor air.
What voltage does it run on?
12V DC, through a USB port. The power bank you pair it with has to output 12V — a 5V-only port will not drive it.
How many heat settings are there?
Three, adjustable, across a working range of 40–60 °C. The exact temperature at each individual level is confirmed on the sample.
How long does it run on one charge?
That depends on the capacity of the power bank, which is not part of the product, so no runtime figure is published.
Does it really get warm in the shape of hexagons?
The hexagons in the picture are an illustration of the heated area, not a thermal image. The honeycomb pattern describes how the film is divided; the final construction is confirmed on the sample.
Will it fit my chair?
Send the backrest height, seat width and seat depth. Both the size and the outline are made to order.
Can I use it on a camping chair?
The reference material shows camping, office and patio chairs, and states that fit depends on the chair's dimensions — so measure first.
This product is a comfort product and is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease, and it makes no claim about back pain, joints, muscles, circulation or any other condition. It is a cushioned seat with its own backrest and armrests, not a chair: it does not carry a person's weight and must be used on structurally sound seating. Fit depends on the chair's dimensions — backrest height, seat width and seat depth must be measured and confirmed. The seat runs on 12V DC through a USB port and requires a power bank whose USB output supports 12V; it has three adjustable heat levels across a 40–60 °C working range. No water-resistance is claimed of any kind; keep the product dry. Unplug it when leaving the seat and do not cover it while heating. The glowing honeycomb pattern in the reference artwork is an illustration of the heated area, not a thermal image, and the final construction is subject to confirmed sample. Wattage, the per-level temperature mapping, runtime, adapter and connector specification, dimensions, material composition, load rating and certification status are confirmed per project and are not published here.
